Senior GTM Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing software development firm, the remote Senior GTM Recruiter will manage the full life cycle recruiting process for GTM roles across the US, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and alignment with business goals while working EST hours on a 6-12 month contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end hiring process for US GTM functions from intake to offer
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent in the SaaS ecosystem
• Collaborate with leadership and the People Team to align hiring plans with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience in a SaaS or tech company
• Proven track record of understanding multiple talent markets, including international hiring
• Strong sourcing and networking skills, with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence hiring outcomes
• Experience with Workday or similar ATS is a plus
