Job Summary
Partnering with Customer Success and Revenue Operations leaders, the remote Senior GTM Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for high-caliber talent, influence hiring decisions with data-driven insights, and proactively build talent pipelines to meet future hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end hiring processes for individual contributor and leadership roles, ensuring exceptional candidate experiences
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders to understand business needs and influence hiring strategies
- Analyze recruiting metrics and market trends to enhance hiring outcomes and develop proactive talent strategies
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in hiring GTM talent across various disciplines
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for senior-level positions, emphasizing trust and influence
- Proven ability to create effective outbound and passive talent strategies in competitive markets
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance recruiting quality and efficiency
- Strong track record of navigating complex hiring scenarios while maintaining a focus on quality hires
