Partnering with Customer Success and Revenue Operations leaders, the remote Senior GTM Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for high-caliber talent, influence hiring decisions with data-driven insights, and proactively build talent pipelines to meet future hiring needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end hiring processes for individual contributor and leadership roles, ensuring exceptional candidate experiences
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders to understand business needs and influence hiring strategies
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and market trends to enhance hiring outcomes and develop proactive talent strategies
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in hiring GTM talent across various disciplines
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for senior-level positions, emphasizing trust and influence
  • Proven ability to create effective outbound and passive talent strategies in competitive markets
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance recruiting quality and efficiency
  • Strong track record of navigating complex hiring scenarios while maintaining a focus on quality hires
