Job Summary
Focused on sourcing top talent, the full-time Senior GTM Recruiter will engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles in Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Business Operations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Source and engage passive GTM candidates through targeted outreach and relationship building
- Develop and execute tailored search strategies for multiple concurrent GTM roles
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, collaborating with hiring managers to refine candidate profiles and expectations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in GTM roles
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing hires primarily through outbound outreach
- Experience managing 10+ concurrent GTM searches
- Direct sourcing experience across at least two functions: Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, or Business Operations
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance sourcing and search strategies
