Job Summary
To support SOCi's revenue-generating teams, the contract Senior GTM Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, partner with stakeholders, and leverage sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-lifecycle hiring across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success while maintaining high candidate quality
- Optimize ATS operations in Greenhouse, ensuring efficient workflow and accurate candidate tracking
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to build and engage a pipeline of passive GTM talent
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on expertise in Greenhouse ATS for job setup, interview planning, and pipeline management
- 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
- Proven success in sourcing and closing mid-market and enterprise sales roles
- Strong understanding of B2B sales metrics and methodologies for effective candidate vetting
- Ability to operate independently as a contractor and manage high-volume recruitment pipelines
