Driving exceptional hiring outcomes, the full-time Senior GTM Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various Go To Market roles, partnering with hiring managers and Global HR Business Partners in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle recruitment process, focusing on diversity and equity in the workplace
- Assess and optimize existing talent acquisition processes to align with best practice standards globally
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to build strong and diverse talent pipelines for current and future positions
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of full life cycle sales recruiting experience in the tech industry
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
- Deep knowledge of Workday ATS and Ashby
- Strong emotional intelligence and leadership capability
- Ability to develop recruiting strategies that align with business objectives
