Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales Account Executives and Sales Leaders across the Americas
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
• Collaborate with Sales leaders to forecast hiring needs and ensure efficient hiring processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years in GTM/Sales roles
• Proven success in sourcing and converting passive candidates using modern recruiting tools
• Track record of meeting goals for quality, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance
• Proficiency in structured interview techniques and complex offer negotiation
• Experience managing multiple concurrent searches effectively
