Job Summary
As a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition team, the full-time Senior GTM Sales Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment for Go-to-Market Sales roles, collaborating with business leaders to attract exceptional talent while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from Hiring Plan Meeting through offer acceptance
- Develop strategic hiring plans in partnership with hiring leaders, utilizing data insights and market intelligence
- Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and creative talent attraction strategies across the United States and Canada
Required qualifications
- Experience leading full-cycle recruitment in a high-growth SaaS or technology organization
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and innovative sourcing channels
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); familiarity with Dayforce Recruiting is an asset
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence hiring decisions through data and market insights
