Senior GTM Strategy Manager

Job Summary

Driving growth and operational excellence, the full-time remote Senior GTM Strategy and Operations Manager will develop and execute strategies to enhance efficiency and foster valuable partnerships while overseeing analytics, forecasting, and operations management.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on KPIs and operational metrics
• Own the annual and quarterly revenue planning process, partnering with Finance and Sales to develop forecasts
• Optimize end-to-end GTM processes and implement best practices for data management and automation

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales strategy, operations, or related industries
• Strong understanding of customer engagement metrics and KPIs
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders
