Senior GTM Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Owning and scaling the technology infrastructure for Cobalt's go-to-market organization, the full-time remote Senior GTM Systems & AI Engineer will manage Salesforce and HubSpot systems, integrate data flows, and leverage automation and AI to enhance operational efficiency across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical owner of Salesforce and HubSpot, managing architecture, integrations, automation, and reporting
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate GTM strategy into scalable technical solutions and optimize GTM technologies
- Design and maintain data quality and enrichment infrastructure, ensuring reliable data for GTM teams
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, or related fields within B2B SaaS
- Advanced hands-on expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot administration, including integrations and automation
- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS GTM lifecycle across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Experience with data enrichment, governance, and maintaining cross-platform integrations
- Proven ability to implement AI and automation solutions in GTM workflows
