Job Summary
Owning the GTM systems roadmap, the full-time Senior GTM Systems Manager will design, configure, and implement scalable solutions to enhance the Go-To-Market organization while working remotely with the option for in-person collaboration in Manhattan.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable system solutions that align with business objectives and future-state architecture
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective solution delivery
- Establish reporting frameworks and dashboards to support executive decision-making and operational visibility
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or related fields
- Proven track record of optimizing GTM systems and business processes in a high-growth technology environment
- Experience in defining architecture and governance across the commercial tech stack
- Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data quality and reporting
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent hands-on expertise
