Senior Hard Money Underwriter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Underwriter who can independently underwrite complex deals and support junior underwriters.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently underwrite and approve Hard Money / Private Money loans
• Review full loan packages and analyze collateral, appraisals, and market conditions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast turn times and assist in training junior underwriters

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Hard Money / Private Money underwriting experience
• Strong expertise in ARV underwriting and investor deal analysis
• Proven experience underwriting Fix & Flip and Bridge loans
• Strong knowledge of appraisals and real estate investor structures
• Ability to work independently and make confident credit decisions
