Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Hardware Development Engineer, NPD Hardware.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop next generation Ethernet switching platforms for data centers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage product development from concept to mass production
• Conduct high-speed digital design including simulation, timing analysis, and thermal analysis

Required Qualifications

• BSEE with 10+ years of experience in hardware board and systems development
• 5+ years of recent experience with Ethernet switching fabrics and embedded CPU subsystems
• Experience in high-speed PCB design and CPLD/FPGA design using VHDL or Verilog
• Proficient in troubleshooting with specialized test equipment
• Experience interfacing with cross-functional teams and external vendors
