Senior Hardware Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and developing complex electrical boards, the full-time Senior Hardware Engineer will work remotely to create 3U and 6U VPX systems, including SBCs, FPGAs, and I/O cards, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to meet schedule-driven customer requirements
• Design and develop high-speed data processing applications and custom form-factor systems
• Support hardware verification and production activities by developing test plans and resolving technical issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in DoD embedded systems and hardware design
• Experience with mixed-signal, high-speed digital, and analog circuit design
• Familiarity with high-density interconnect (HDI) PCB designs and Siemens Expedition tools preferred
• US Citizenship required; active DoD security clearance preferred
