Senior Hardware Engineering Lead
Job Summary
Leading a large product development team, the full-time Senior Hardware Engineering Lead will drive engineering excellence in RF Systems hardware development, manage multi-discipline teams, and support Internal Research and Development efforts in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee hardware engineering design and development for a team of 20+ engineers
- Lead Design Review activities and communicate with various engineering disciplines and management
- Develop program schedules, productivity metrics, and ensure compliance with the Hardware Development Process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field, with 15+ years of related experience
- Proven leadership ability across multiple sites and diverse teams
- Experience in formulating a vision and implementing action plans for product development
- Ability to obtain a TS and SCI clearance
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and effective team collaboration
