Senior Hardware Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Hardware Engineering Manager to lead and scale its hardware engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of IIoT hardware systems
• Manage and mentor cross-discipline engineers while building a high-performing team
• Establish and implement scalable engineering processes and project planning frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in hardware engineering, particularly with IoT and/or IIoT products
• 3+ years of experience managing and growing engineering teams
• Strong understanding of embedded hardware systems, including PCB design and wireless connectivity
• Proven experience in building processes in a growing or early-stage organization
• Track record of successfully delivering products from concept through production
