Senior Hardware Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end program execution for next-generation hardware platforms, the full-time Senior Hardware Program Manager will orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage technical execution, and drive risk management from concept through mass production in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead program execution from early concept and architecture through EVT/DVT/PVT and mass production ramp
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program milestones, requirements, and integrated master schedules
• Manage external partner relationships to ensure quality and timeline execution for hardware components

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent; Master's preferred
• 8+ years in a technology field, including 3+ years in hardware engineering and 5+ years in technical program management
• Proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional projects involving hardware, firmware, and software integration
• Strong technical abilities and experience with systems integration and new platform launch processes
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
