A company is looking for a Senior HCM Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HRIS initiatives, including new module implementations and system upgrades
Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of PeopleSoft HCM
Manage full lifecycle update and release activities, ensuring data integrity and compliance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of HRIS experience in PeopleSoft HCM, with at least 2 years in a senior role
Expertise in one or more major HRIS platforms, such as Oracle HCM
Strong project management and analytical skills
Experience with system configuration, testing, and project management
