Senior HCM Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation and modernization initiatives, the remote Senior HCM Consultant will manage solution configuration, documentation development, and contract deliverable support while collaborating with project teams and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development, configuration, and implementation of HCM solutions to meet client requirements
• Perform functional and technical analysis for system design, configuration, and deployment activities
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables

Required qualifications

• US Citizen with ability to obtain a US Public Trust
• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant HCM functional, technical, or enterprise application role
• Experience supporting software implementation, system configuration, or business process improvement projects
• Understanding of HCM processes and enterprise application environments
• Experience developing project documentation or client deliverables
