Senior HCM Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HCM Project Manager, Planning & Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Human Capital Management (HCM) workstreams within the enterprise ERP transformation initiative
• Collaborate with HR leadership, HCM functional owners, ERP implementation vendors, and the Finance Workstream Senior Project Manager for coordinated delivery
• Manage workstreams within large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field
• Six to ten (6-10) years of project or program management experience in complex, cross-functional environments
• Direct experience leading or managing ERP implementations that include HCM modules (e.g., Workday HCM, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors)
• Experience working with system integrators or ERP implementation vendors
