Senior HCM Reporting Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HCM Reporting & Analytics Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure successful implementation of product solutions for clients
• Provide expertise in configuring and testing Workday solutions to meet business requirements
• Deliver programs and services to help customers drive business value from Workday applications

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing experience for enterprise software applications
• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining Workday HCM Reporting & Analytics
• Experience implementing software applications such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required
• Workday Certification in at least one relevant area is preferred
