Key Responsibilities:

Manage sales compensation systems, data, and validations for multiple business units and channel partners
Provide analytical support for market requirements, strategies, and objectives
Apply statistical and computational methodologies to develop insights on enrollment, financial performance, and competitor actions

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of advanced analytics or similar experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in SAS, R or Python, Excel, and SQL
Experience supporting large projects and managing smaller projects
