Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Health Care QM - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of quality management projects and activities
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance tools supporting HEDIS abstraction and communicate key activities and outcomes
Conduct claims research to identify and close HEDIS gaps in care while supporting training and mentoring of colleagues

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of medical record abstraction experience
At least 2 years of experience with Electronic Medical Records systems
Proficiency in standard corporate software packages, including Microsoft Office Applications and QuickBase
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
