Senior Health Center Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

To support community health centers in improving patient care, the full-time Senior Health Center Analytics Consultant will lead new implementations, provide consultative analytics support, and help enhance the analytics platform while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new health center implementations by conducting stakeholder meetings and analyzing EHR data
• Provide consultative analytics support to health centers, managing data initiatives and building reports
• Identify improvements and new features for the analytics platform based on customer feedback and industry best practices

Required qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with at least 4 years of experience in extracting clinical, operational, and financial data
• Experience with revenue cycle data and processes, including claims, billing, and payments
• Knowledge of health center operational domains such as revenue cycle management or quality improvement
• Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate complex projects
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse health center stakeholders
