Senior Health Center Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

Leading health center implementations, the full-time Senior Health Center Analytics Consultant will provide consultative analytics support and manage data initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operations, all while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new health center implementations and conduct stakeholder meetings to understand customer business processes
• Provide consultative analytics support by managing data initiatives, building reports, and offering training to health center data teams
• Identify improvements and new features for the analytics platform based on customer feedback and industry best practices

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience extracting clinical, operational, and financial data from electronic health record systems
• Strong SQL skills, including familiarity with subqueries, temp tables, and window functions
• Proven project management skills, capable of handling complex projects with shifting priorities
• Knowledge of healthcare quality improvement and population health management
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse health center stakeholders
