Senior Health Center Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

To support community health centers in improving patient outcomes and operations, the full-time Senior Health Center Analytics Consultant will lead implementations, provide consultative analytics support, and develop actionable insights from complex healthcare data in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new health center implementations and conduct stakeholder meetings to understand business processes
• Provide consultative analytics support, manage data initiatives, and build reports and visualizations to enhance health center operations
• Identify improvements and new features for the analytics platform based on customer feedback and industry best practices

Required qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with at least 4 years of experience extracting and analyzing healthcare data
• Experience with revenue cycle data and processes, including claims, billing, and reimbursement
• Knowledge of health center operational domains such as revenue cycle management or quality improvement
• Proven project management skills with the ability to navigate complex projects
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse health center stakeholders
