Senior Health Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Health Pro Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Health Pro communicator on client accounts and support client marketing materials
• Assist the Team Manager with operational planning and problem-solving to meet performance expectations
• Provide leadership support by mentoring Health Pros and addressing urgent needs in the Team Manager's absence

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Senior Health Pro Specialist or Health Pro Consultant
• 3 years of experience in a benefits-related role or a Bachelor's or Associate's degree
• Able to work independently while supporting a team environment
• Desire to learn continually in a changing environment
• Ability to efficiently organize work activities to meet deadlines
