Senior Health Data Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Health Data Consultant will engage with clients to provide advanced analytical support, lead pricing consultations, and partner internally to enhance the adoption of Gradient AI's services in Group Health products.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to provide advanced analytical support and lead pricing consultations
• Analyze data to evaluate pricing risk and provide actionable recommendations based on AI-generated outputs
• Collaborate with internal teams to support clients through new sales and renewals, ensuring effective communication of complex concepts

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, population health, or claims analysis with an actuarial perspective
• Strong quantitative background in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, along with advanced Excel skills
• Experience in building or refining pricing models and interpreting complex statistical outputs
• ASA certification and exposure to modern data platforms such as Databricks are a plus
