Senior Health Financing Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Health Financing Expert to lead the development of a methodology for mapping commodity financing systems in Ghana and other countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft a methodology note applicable to all country mapping exercises
• Oversee document reviews and stakeholder interviews in Ghana, and support research teams in Ethiopia and Nigeria
• Prepare reports summarizing findings and key issues across the three countries

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in health systems research or policy initiatives, particularly in PHC financing and supply chains
• Must reside in Ghana and be legally eligible to consult there
• Experience with the international health landscape and comparative analysis across Africa and Asia
• Strong relationships with sub-national health system stakeholders
• Demonstrated expertise in qualitative analysis, including conducting stakeholder interviews
