Senior Health Informatics Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Health Informatics Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform exploratory data analysis and data mining of healthcare claims and authorizations data
• Design, document, and develop financial, clinical, and utilization analyses using various computing tools
• Interpret results and prepare data findings in an easily understandable format for different levels of the organization

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working with normalized and denormalized data structures
• Master's degree in a technical or analytic field (e.g., computer science, statistics)
• Experience with healthcare medical and pharmacy claims data manipulation and analysis
• Understanding of CPT and ICD-9 codes preferred
• 3+ years of transact-SQL (MS SQL or Oracle) experience
