Key Responsibilities

Analyze large-scale healthcare data to identify trends and inform organizational strategies
Design and deliver advanced reports for various healthcare metrics and compliance
Lead the development of forecasting models and statistical analyses to improve outcomes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
5 years of experience in healthcare data analytics, with at least 3 years in a PBM or managed care environment
Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI
Strong understanding of pharmacy claims data and formulary management
