Senior Health Informatics Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Health Informatics & AI Solutions Analyst to optimize their EMR platform and integrate AI capabilities into clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR through system configuration, module management, and workflow design
• Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions to enhance clinical workflows and decision support
• Ensure data integrity and interoperability across systems while mentoring junior analysts and managing projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in health informatics, with at least 2 years in a senior role
• Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) and AI/LLM-based solutions integration
• Proficiency in healthcare data management and understanding of clinical workflows
• Strong organizational and project management skills; experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
