Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director/VP in Health Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Health Insurance solutions from end-to-end
• Translate complex AI/ML modeling techniques into real-world business terms for health insurance underwriting and pricing
• Participate in sales and client process as a subject matter expert and consultative role for strategic clients

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 12+ years' experience in health insurance
• Deep subject matter expertise in health insurance across various sectors
• Experience developing health insurance pricing and product plans
• Experience working with technical teams and underwriting/actuary teams
• Exposure or genuine interest in how AI/ML can change the insurance industry
