Senior Health Plan Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Health Plan Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement in value-based care
• Collaborate with experts to assess quality measures and identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and data analysis support for field teams and prepare performance reports for payer partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health services administration, health policy, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or equivalent experience
• 4 years of experience in an analytic role
• Extensive experience with Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation
• Experience using Tableau or other data management software preferred
• Experience with data automation and advanced analytics tools preferred
