Senior Health Policy Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Health Policy Analyst to research complex health policy issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to complex health research projects, developing innovative solutions
• Manage project budgets, improve reports, and present research findings to clients
• Act as a subject matter expert on federal public health insurance policy and mentor staff

Required Qualifications

• PhD with 10 years, Master's with 14 years, or Bachelor's with 18 years of related experience
• Experience with Medicare value-based payment programs and accountable care organizations (ACOs)
• Proven ability to support policy change through federal rulemaking
• Experience leading large teams and developing cost efficiency measures
• Knowledge of operational efficiency improvement approaches, such as LEAN or Kaizen
