Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Health & Safety Training Specialist, Global.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Health & Safety training strategy aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
• Oversee the delivery of EH&S training programs and evaluate their effectiveness through data analytics and feedback
• Design and facilitate engaging training content, ensuring compliance with global standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of health and safety or L&D training experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or strategic program management role
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, Learning and Development, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in building comprehensive safety training programs in compliance with regulations
• Strong instructional design background with the ability to create impactful learning experiences
• Experience in a multinational corporate environment is preferred
