Senior Healthcare Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Analyst to provide analytical and programmatic support to the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and analysis of FTCA program policies and procedures
• Conduct assessments of FTCA operations and serve as a technical resource for grantees
• Prepare presentations and represent the FTCA program in stakeholder engagements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in health policy development, program management, or related fields
• Experience in healthcare risk management or compliance
• Demonstrated ability to research and interpret federal regulations
• Experience engaging with federal grantees or health systems
• Bachelor's degree in health policy, public health, or a related field; master's degree preferred
