Senior Healthcare Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Analyst who provides analytic support for financial modeling and trend analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops financial models and therapeutic class cost/utilization projection models for budget forecasting and strategy development
• Conducts drill down analysis and prepares trend analysis to identify opportunities and risks for the Strategy Development Committee
• Designs complex ad hoc reports and advises Healthcare Analysts on data interpretation and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, public health, health informatics, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum five years of related experience, including at least two years in financial modeling
• Experience in healthcare analytics of financial/clinical data, with knowledge of analytical or data mining techniques
• Familiarity with advanced analytical/reporting tools such as R, Python, SAS, SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau, or Hadoop preferred
