Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Reclamation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client data and payer correspondence to determine eligibility and recover funds
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and resolve complex discrepancies
• Mentor junior team members and support training and development initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; college preferred
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in billing reclamation or recovery
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or initiative-contributing role
• Strong knowledge of Coordination of Benefits and Third Party Liability
• Experience in gathering, interpreting, and documenting data for complex problem solving
