Senior Healthcare Analyst
Job Summary
To support a national virtual specialty medical practice, the full-time Senior Healthcare Analyst will develop and maintain analytics for value-based care and population health management, working remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex healthcare data to support various operational and customer needs
- Take ownership of analytics projects by designing approaches and delivering findings to stakeholders
- Identify trends in customer-specific data to recommend improvements in clinical quality and cost performance
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in informatics, statistics, mathematics, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare business analysis
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare data analysis, including claims and performance metrics
- Strong experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, and reporting packages
- Experience in a virtual/telehealth care setting is a plus
