Senior Healthcare Analyst

Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Senior Healthcare Analyst.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve ROI models, ensuring accuracy and routinely improving functionality and efficiency
• Quantify financial savings and clinical outcomes of the company's products and services to inform Pricing and client ROI
• Partner with various teams for Analytics deliverables including Partner Reporting, Clinical care & quality, Member lifecycle engagement, and Marketing strategy and execution

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2-4 years of healthcare analytics experience at a health plan, provider group, consulting firm, or related healthcare vendor/entity
• Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics/Actuarial Services, Biostatistics, or equivalent concentration
• Deep understanding of Medical and/or Pharmacy claims data and ability to calculate customary measures including PMPM, utilization per 1,000 and unit costs
• Proficient with SQL/SAS to extract, summarize, and analyze large data sets
• Experience representing a team in cross-functional work streams, maintaining and executing against shared project plans
