Senior Healthcare Analytics Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Analytics Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis to support employer and consulting initiatives, identifying key trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop complex reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate analytical findings to internal teams and external clients
• Collaborate with the Director, Employer and Consulting Services, to refine and enhance employer-based analytics strategies

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in healthcare analytics, benefits consulting, or a related field
• Experience with client engagement and/or senior level stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI; Python or R preferred
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Analytics, Public Health, Business, or a related field
• Experience working with healthcare claims data and population health improvement strategies
