Senior Healthcare Analytics Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Analyst, Healthcare Analytics - Risk Adjustment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research, analysis, and modeling of complex healthcare claims and data submissions to evaluate program performance
- Develop and present reports on Risk Adjustment intervention ROI and make recommendations based on findings
- Perform strategic analysis and coordinate across business units to support Risk Adjustment Program Valuation and action items
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science
- 5-7 years of experience with database and data management responsibilities
- 5-7 years of experience in analyzing financial and performance management metrics in healthcare
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and proficiency in Excel and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Healthcare experience in quantifying and analyzing financial and utilization metrics
