Senior Healthcare Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Senior Healthcare Business Analyst will manage the development of detailed business requirements, user stories, and traceability documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support claims and API orchestration initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Capability Managers to translate business objectives into detailed requirements and delivery artifacts
- Create and maintain audit-ready traceability across project identifiers, features, user stories, and testing artifacts
- Facilitate requirements elicitation and backlog refinement sessions to ensure alignment with approved scope
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare claims
- Experience with requirements development, user stories, and traceability documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Visio
