Providing empathetic support to healthcare providers, the full-time Senior Healthcare Call Center Representative will manage inbound calls related to claims, benefits, and eligibility while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to performance metrics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound provider calls regarding claims, benefits, and general inquiries
  • Document call details accurately for tracking and follow-up
  • Meet daily performance metrics, including Average Handle Time (AHT) and quality standards
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in healthcare customer service and high-volume call center environments
  • 1 year of experience with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards
  • 1 year of experience in claims processing, benefits, and eligibility
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Excel
