A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Compliance Officer, Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and manages the organization's revenue cycle compliance program, including policies and procedures
• Conducts regular risk assessments and internal audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with payer requirements
• Develops compliance training programs and investigates reported compliance issues, acting as a liaison with regulatory bodies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or healthcare management preferred
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and laws, including HIPAA and CMS guidelines
• Advanced knowledge of medical coding, including CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10
• Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify trends and generate actionable insights
• Leadership skills to influence cross-functional departments and foster a culture of compliance
