Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Consultant to join their Healthcare Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audits of claims for coding accuracy and compliance
• Conduct education sessions for healthcare practitioners based on audit results
• Analyze claims data and develop risk-informed audit plans and reports

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum 3 years of experience in coding/auditing with knowledge of medical claims billing and payer reimbursement policies
• One or more nationally recognized coding certifications required
• Bachelor's degree, RN/LPN, or other clinical credential preferred
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems is beneficial
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
