Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with top-tier healthcare management consulting or health system strategic operations
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Proven experience using SQL for data analysis
• Experience leading and mentoring teams of analysts
• Ability to synthesize data into strategic insights
