Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and analysis
• Map current-state and future-state workflows across clinical, operational, or technology processes
• Translate business needs into clear documentation such as user stories and process diagrams

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Healthcare Consultant, or similar role
• Experience working with healthcare systems, health payviders, or healthcare technology
• Experience on CRM systems or similar patient-experience affiliated processes
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and process mapping
• Experience working directly with cross-functional teams and operational leaders
