Senior Healthcare Consultant

Job Summary

Leading large-scale healthcare programs, the full-time Senior Healthcare Consultant will drive business transformation, manage strategic client relationships, and oversee P&L responsibilities for multimillion-dollar accounts in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth, account expansion, and digital transformation initiatives within healthcare organizations
• Build and manage C-level stakeholder relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
• Lead end-to-end solution lifecycle, including strategy, pricing, and contract negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare, Business, Technology, or a related field
• 20+ years of experience in the Healthcare Payer/Provider domain
• Proven expertise in healthcare BPaaS and outsourcing models
• Strong experience managing large-scale P&L portfolios ($50M+)
• Deep knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and commercial payer operations
