Senior Healthcare Consultant
Job Summary
To support a diverse range of clients, the full-time Senior Healthcare Consultant will develop and present data-driven insights and tailored recommendations for large ASO client groups and provider systems, while working remotely from North Carolina.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with large clients and develop tailored business plans to enhance client/provider needs and improve retention
- Conduct periodic meetings with clients/providers to review data, assess programs, and suggest solutions to meet their goals
- Analyze financial, quality, and utilization data to identify opportunities for improving healthcare cost and member health
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience with data analytics and reporting, including advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated stakeholder management experience and ability to influence cross-functional partners
- Proven client-facing experience with success in managing relationships and strategic discussions
